Hey all!
My newest article via APN
http://americanpreppersnetwork.com/2013/03/4-easy-medicinal-plants-you-can-grow.html
Apologies to all…APN has had a publishing issue on their site and this article I wrote beginning of Feb is just now coming out. http://americanpreppersnetwork.com/2013/02/prepping-with-pets.html
Let me just say that I know some people need assistance to help them purchase food and other items. However , I know that having a cart over $200 worth of valentines, theres no other way to put this, SHIT and then 100 dollars worth of food that your EBT covers is wrong wrong wrong wrong! Maybe Walmart customer if you didnt way overspend on those items you could afford to buy your food. Oh wait then you couldn’t afford your Hummer H3, 100 dollar shoes, and 200 dollar cell phone. Wake up America!!!!
Since I have last posted I have had 4 additional articles come out on APN. Here are their links. Hope you enjoy!
Going Dutch: Dutch Oven Cooking

Everyone is a genius. But if you judge a fish on its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing it is stupid – Albert Einstein
I am going to begin the new year by offering a Survival/Prepping Tip everyday this year. Today’s tip: Instead of going to Sporting Goods and buying expensive camp suds for a couple bucks and ounce buy some Dawn and use it instead. By comparison its only a couple bucks for a small 9oz bottle.
The problem with the world is intelligent people are full of doubts while the stupid ones are full of confidence – Charles Bukowski
Its time to rant. I’m on my first cup of coffee so ranting this early might be dangerous. I’m going to try and keep this short. We have a 16 yr old child. He is an only child. He is lacking in nothing. He has food to eat, shelter, clothes to wear, and plenty of luxuries. I ask him to do a simple task and you would think I have killed his best friend.
I used to think people on welfare, that live on it needed to be weaned off. I don’t believe that anymore. Cut off the hand that feeds and people will find a way to make it work. I also don’t believe our son realizes what it takes to be without all these extras that many don’t have. Its time for him to find out what its like to do without…
